Working with a local football team is as rewarding as it gets for me, I love the sport, my children love the sport and I feel the local club should always be the driving force behind the community.
Ramsgate F.C run a fantastic academy for young people aged 16-19, giving them an opportunity and route into football as well as giving them the tools they need to get jobs should football not work out for them.
