Keep It Local

When Andy and his team opened up their second butcher in Broadstairs, Kent (their first being in Marleybone, London) they were tasked with replacing a long running butcher with a loyal customer base.

Their quality meats and personalities speak for themselves but they wanted to ensure people were aware of who they were and what they wanted to bring to such a traditional seaside town.

Andy was a chef for several years working for Marco Pierre White but later turned his hand to butchery. His shops offer what is best from local suppliers however he offers something most other butchers cannot, his cookery background means he is more than happy to offer advice on cooking and preparing the meat he sells and often sells many specially prepared dishes to go straight on the over or BBQ.

The video was a way of promoting the shops unique nature and helping to introduce the team to the local community. Andy and ROAR will soon be launching a series of recipe videos for his social media channels.

“Dan put us at ease immediately, asked all the right questions and understood exactly what I needed, and the message I wanted to convey. Completely non-intrusive and considerate to business operations, Dan is great to work with. The end result, an amazing professionally produced video. Unbelievably this was all done in 1 and a half hours and by the morning I had the video, so efficient. Couldn’t be happier, i’ll certainly be engaging Dan’s creative talents in the future for our next video. Highly recommend.”
